The presented configuration represents the most commonly chosen setup by customers – a proven and efficient choice for serial production.
Main Features:
-
Front supports: 2 pcs on linear guides, ensuring stability during bending operations.
-
Backgauge adjustment (X-axis): automatic
-
Beam adjustment (Y1, Y2 axis): automatic
-
Finger height adjustment (R-axis): manual (oprion*)
-
Double-sided punch holder: quick AMADA-type clamping system allowing for rapid tool changes.
Available configurations are tailored to production needs and the type of workpieces – machine specifications are determined individually according to application and technological requirements.

Manual or automatic adjustment of the backgauge height. R-axis facilitates bending of larger radii, e.g. in step bending systems.

To achieve satisfactory results in step bending, some calculations are necessary, based on several key bending parameters, such as:
- Arc length – distance between the ends of the bent sheet section measured along the inner side of the bend.
- Number of bends – the number of single bends required to achieve the desired radius; the greater the number, the smoother the curve.
- Distance between bends – the spacing between each individual bend made during the process.
Although step bending may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are advanced enough to automate most of the process.
Automatic crowning compensation
Ensures consistent bending angle along the entire bending length – (oprion*)
Manual crowning compensation (oprion*)
Ensures consistent bending angle along the entire bending length – (oprion*)

High-quality components:
- Electrical components by Schneider / Delta / Eaton

Control and Functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen installed on a movable arm, allowing convenient operation across the entire working area.
- Programmability: ability to save up to 2,000 programs with 30 steps each, enabling flexible adaptation to different bending tasks.
- Ergonomic operation: intuitive menu with English abbreviations for easy use.
The machine combines advanced technology with ease of use, making it ideal for both precision manual tasks and efficient serial production. High-quality components and advanced safety systems ensure reliability and operator protection.
Safety
Laser safety system
Standard equipment includes a high-class laser safety system that protects the operator and more than doubles bending process efficiency.

We do not compromise on safety! Top-quality hydraulic fittings and safety valves designed to meet CE standards.

Be cautious with pseudo-protection systems such as gates or light curtains, as they may not comply with CE standards and can endanger workers. Remember — as an employer, you are responsible for employee safety!
CE-compliant safety guards

Ergonomics and additional features:
- Mobile controller on an adjustable arm
- LED lighting: enhances comfort and safety at work
- Supports on linear guides

We care about the safety of our customers and their teams; therefore, our press brakes are equipped with numerous protective systems. These include clear markings, side covers, rear safety gates and easily accessible emergency stop buttons.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and detailed user manual.
The fact that a machine carries a CE declaration does not automatically mean it is safe — what truly matters is the quality of the systems it is equipped with!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard feature ensuring stable working parameters even during prolonged, continuous operation.
Tool clamping and dies:
- Standard set includes segmented four-sided multi-groove dies and segmented punches
- The basic system used in CORMAK press brakes is a manual AMADA (European) type system, enabling quick tool changes.
- Punches are side-mounted and locked with screws.
Selection of dies and punches
The final result also depends on proper die and punch selection.
CORMAK press brakes perform continuous bending measurements and can automatically correct deviations during operation for optimal results.

Depending on press force, segmented punches and dies may vary in length.
