Quick-Change Turret Heads

Quick-change turret heads are accessories designed for lathes, enabling fast and accurate clamping of different cutting tools in a single workstation. Thanks to the indexed sockets, the operator can quickly and easily exchange tools, which greatly increases machining efficiency and flexibility. These heads are particularly useful in serial production, where high repeatability and short setup times are required.

Types of turret heads in our range:

MK4 turret head – equipped with six indexed sockets, allows the installation of drill chucks, tap holders, lathe centres and other tools. It features a quick-change holder MK4 F3-16/25, ensuring easy and fast tool replacement.

MK5 turret head – dedicated to larger lathes, offers a greater number of sockets and higher load capacity, allowing for the installation of heavier tools and the execution of more demanding machining operations.

MK6 turret head – designed for the most demanding applications, provides the highest load capacity and stability, enabling the machining of large and heavy components with high precision.
