Manual or automatic back gauge height adjustment. The R axis facilitates bending of larger radii, e.g., using the step bending system.

To achieve optimal step bending results, it is necessary to perform certain calculations requiring knowledge of key parameters, such as:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the curved sheet section measured along the inner bending line.
- Number of bends – total number of single bends needed to obtain a required radius; the more bends, the smaller the angle per bend and smoother the curve.
- Distance between bends – spacing between successive bends performed during the process.
Although the step bending process may appear complex, CORMAK machines and their advanced software handle most operations automatically, significantly simplifying the operator’s work.
Automatic deflection compensation
Ensures a uniform bending angle along the entire working length – (option)
Manual deflection compensation (option)
Provides identical bending angles along the entire working length – (option)

High-quality components:
- Electrical components by Schneider / Delta / Eaton

Control and Functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- Equipped with a 10-inch touch screen mounted on a movable arm, allowing convenient operation within the entire working area.
- Programmability: stores up to 2000 programs with 30 steps each, allowing flexible adaptation to various bending tasks.
- Ergonomic interface: intuitive menu with English abbreviations for faster workflow adoption.
The machine combines advanced technology with ease of use, making it ideal for both precise manual operations and efficient serial production. High-quality components and modern safety systems ensure reliability and operator protection.
Safety
Laser safety system
Supplied as standard — a top-class laser safety system that protects the operator and more than doubles bending efficiency.

We never compromise on safety! Premium-grade hydraulic connections and safety valves engineered in Poland.

Beware of pseudo-protection systems such as light gates or curtains — they are not CE-compliant and can endanger your staff. As an employer, you are responsible for your employees’ safety!
CE-compliant safety guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile controller on articulated arm
- LED lighting: improves working comfort and safety
- Front supports on linear guides

We care about the safety of our customers and their teams — our press brakes are equipped with numerous safety systems, including clear markings, side covers, rear safety gate and easily accessible emergency stops.
Each machine comes with a detailed and user-friendly operation manual in English.
A CE declaration alone does not guarantee safety — what truly matters is the level of protection systems installed!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Provided as standard, this system maintains stable machine performance parameters even during long-term continuous operation.
Tool Clamping System:
- Standard configuration: sectional multi-groove four-sided dies and sectional punches
- Manual AMADA (European) system enabling quick tool change
- Punches mounted laterally and secured with bolts
Tool Selection
The correct choice of press brake tools — dies and punches — is crucial for achieving the desired bending result.
CORMAK press brakes perform real-time bend measurements and automatically compensate for deviations during operation, ensuring optimal precision.

Depending on press force, sectional punches and dies may vary in length.
