Manual or automatic height adjustment of backstops. The R axis facilitates bending of larger radii, e.g. with a step bending system.

To achieve a satisfactory step bending result, certain calculations are necessary, requiring knowledge of several key parameters related to the bending process:
- Arc length – distance between the ends of the curved part of the sheet measured along the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – number of single bends required to achieve the desired radius; the greater the number of bends, the smaller the angle of each bend and the smoother the resulting curve;
- Distance between bends – the distance between single bends performed during the process.
Although the step bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are advanced enough to automate many tasks, significantly simplifying the operator’s work.

High-quality components:
- Electrical components by Schneider/Delta/Eaton

Control and Functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen mounted on a movable arm, providing flexibility across the entire working area
- Programmability: ability to store up to 2,000 programs, each with 30 steps, allowing flexible adaptation to different bending operations
- Ergonomic Operation: intuitive menu with English abbreviations ensuring fast and simple control
The machine combines advanced technology with ease of use, making it an ideal choice for both precise manual work and efficient serial production. High-quality components and advanced safety features guarantee reliability and operator safety.
Safety
Laser Safety System
Equipped as standard with a high-class laser safety system protecting the operator and significantly accelerating the bending process.

No compromises on safety! Top-quality hydraulic connections and safety valves ensure long-term reliability.

Beware of pseudo-safety systems such as light curtains or gates that may not comply with CE standards and expose workers to injury. As an employer, you are responsible for employee safety!
CE-Compliant Safety Guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Movable controller on articulated arm
- LED lighting: improves work comfort and safety
- Front supports on linear guides

We care about the safety of our customers and their staff. CORMAK press brakes are equipped with comprehensive protection systems, including clear safety markings, side covers, rear safety gates and easily accessible emergency stops.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and detailed user manual.
A CE declaration alone does not make a machine safe — what matters is which safety systems it includes!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard system ensuring stability of operating parameters even after long and continuous operation.
Punch and Die Clamping:
- Standard split four-sided multi-groove dies and split punches
- Basic system used in CORMAK press brakes: manual AMADA (European) quick-change system enabling fast tool replacement
- Punches mounted laterally and clamped with bolts
Die and Punch Selection
The correct selection of die and punch significantly affects the final bending result.
CORMAK press brakes constantly monitor bending accuracy and automatically compensate deviations during operation to achieve optimal results.

Depending on the press capacity, split punches and dies may vary in length.

Super, ale...
Generalnie bardzo zadowoleni, działa niezawodnie. Jedynym minusem jest jej dość duża waga, przez co może być problematyczna przy przestawianiu.
