Manual or automatic adjustment of back stop height. The R-axis simplifies bending of larger radii, e.g. using the step bending method.

To achieve satisfactory step bending results, it is necessary to perform several calculations requiring knowledge of the main bending parameters, such as:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the bent sheet curve, measured on the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of single bends needed to achieve a given radius; the greater the number, the smoother the arc;
- Spacing between bends – the distance between consecutive bends performed during the process.
Although the step bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software automate many of the required operations, minimising the operator’s workload.
Automatic deflection compensation
Ensures consistent bending angle along the entire length – (option*)
Manual deflection compensation (option*)
Ensures uniform bending angle over the entire working length – (option*)

High-Quality Components:
- Electrical components by Schneider / Delta / Eaton

Control and Functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen mounted on a movable arm for convenient access across the entire work area.
- Programmability: stores up to 2,000 programs with 30 steps each, enabling flexible adaptation to various bending tasks.
- Ergonomic Interface: intuitive English-language menu allowing quick operator familiarization.
The machine combines advanced technology with simplicity of use, making it ideal both for precise manual work and efficient serial production. High-quality components and advanced safety features ensure reliability and operator safety.
Safety
Laser Safety System
Included as standard – a top-class laser safety system that protects the operator and more than doubles bending efficiency.

We never compromise on safety! All hydraulic connections and safety valves are CE-compliant and designed in Poland.

Beware of inferior safety systems such as light barriers or gates – these are often not CE-compliant and can put workers at risk. As an employer, you are responsible for employee safety!
CE-Compliant Safety Guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile controller on articulated arm
- LED lighting: increases comfort and workplace safety
- Front supports on linear guides

CORMAK press brakes are equipped with comprehensive safety features including side and rear guards, visible warning labels, and easily accessible emergency stops.
Each machine is supplied with a clear, detailed user manual.
A CE declaration alone does not guarantee safety – what truly matters are the installed safety systems!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard feature ensuring stable working parameters even during prolonged continuous operation.
Punch and Die Clamping:
- Standard: sectional, multi-groove, four-sided dies and sectional punches
- Manual AMADA-type (European) clamping system for quick tool change
- Punches mounted from the side and clamped with screws
Die and Punch Selection
Proper die and punch selection is essential to achieve optimal bending quality.
CORMAK press brakes continuously monitor bending parameters and automatically compensate for deviations during the process to ensure precision.

Depending on press force, sectional punches and dies may vary in length.
