Manual or automatic backgauge height adjustment. The R-axis facilitates bending of larger radii, for example, using the step bending system.

For a satisfactory step bending result, certain calculations are required, which depend on knowing several key parameters related to the bending process:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the bent curve of the sheet, measured along the inner bend line.
- Number of bends – the number of individual bends required to obtain a curved sheet with a specific radius; the greater the number of bends, the smaller the individual bend angle and, consequently, the smoother the curve.
- Distance between bends – the spacing between each bend performed during the process.
Although the entire step bending process may seem quite complex, CORMAK machines and their software are already advanced enough to automate many of these calculations and support the operator in achieving consistent results.

High-quality components:
- Electrical components by Schneider / Delta / Eaton

Control and Functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen mounted on a movable arm, providing full flexibility within the machine’s working area.
- Programmability: stores up to 2000 programs with 30 steps each, allowing flexible adjustment to different tasks.
- Ergonomic operation: intuitive interface with English shortcuts ensures quick adaptation and efficient use.
The machine combines advanced technology with ease of operation, making it an ideal choice both for precise manual work and efficient serial production. High-quality components and modern safety systems guarantee reliability and operator protection.
Safety
Laser safety system
Only with us as standard — a top-class laser safety system that protects the operator and doubles the bending process speed.

We never compromise on safety! The highest-class hydraulic connections and safety valves designed in Poland.

Beware of pseudo-safety systems such as gates or light curtains — they are not CE compliant and can expose employees to injury. As an employer, you are responsible for your workers’ safety!
CE-compliant safety guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile controller on a movable arm
- LED lighting: increases comfort and work safety
- Supports on linear guides

We care about the safety of our clients and their teams, which is why our press brakes are equipped with numerous advanced safety systems. These include clear markings, side covers, a rear safety gate, and easily accessible emergency stops.
Each machine is delivered with a clear and detailed user manual in English.
Having a CE declaration does not automatically mean the machine is safe — what matters is the systems it is equipped with!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Included as standard — a system that guarantees stable machine performance parameters even during prolonged continuous operation.
Tool and Die Clamping:
- Standard split four-sided multi-groove dies and segmented punches
- The basic clamping system used in CORMAK press brakes is the manual AMADA (European) type, allowing quick tool changes
- Punches are side-mounted and locked with screws
Die and Punch Selection
For the best bending results, it is crucial to select the proper die and punch for the press brake.
CORMAK press brakes perform continuous bend measurement and can correct deviations during the process to ensure optimal results.

Depending on the press force, segmented punches and dies may vary in length.
