Manual or automatic height adjustment of back stops. The R-axis facilitates bending of larger radii, e.g. with a step bending system.

To achieve satisfactory step bending results, several calculations are necessary, requiring knowledge of key bending parameters, such as:
- Arc length – distance between the ends of the bent sheet, measured on the inner side of the curve;
- Number of bends – the number of individual bends required to form a sheet with a given radius; the higher the number, the smoother the arc;
- Spacing between bends – distance between successive bends during processing.
Although step bending may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software automate many aspects of the process, minimising operator involvement.

High-Quality Components:
- Electrical components by Schneider / Delta / Eaton

Control and Functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen mounted on a movable arm, allowing full freedom of operation across the working area.
- Programmability: capable of storing up to 2,000 programs, each with 30 steps, enabling flexible adaptation to various bending tasks.
- Ergonomic operation: intuitive English-language interface for quick and easy learning.
This machine combines advanced technology with user-friendly operation, making it ideal both for precise manual work and efficient serial production. High-quality components and advanced safety systems ensure reliability and operational safety.
Safety
Laser Safety System
Standard high-grade laser safety system protects the operator and more than doubles bending efficiency.

We never compromise on safety! Top-quality hydraulic connections and CE-certified safety valves ensure operator protection.

Beware of non-compliant safety systems such as light curtains or gates — these may not meet CE standards and could endanger workers. As an employer, you are responsible for ensuring your staff’s safety!
CE-Compliant Safety Guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile controller on articulated arm
- LED lighting: improves comfort and work safety
- Front supports on linear guides

Our press brakes are equipped with multiple safety systems including clear markings, side guards, rear safety gate, and easily accessible emergency switches.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and comprehensive user manual.
The CE declaration alone does not ensure safety – what matters are the actual safety systems fitted!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard feature ensuring stable performance parameters even during prolonged continuous operation.
Punch and Die Clamping:
- Standard configuration: sectional, multi-groove, four-sided dies and sectional punches
- Manual AMADA-type (European) clamping system allowing quick tool changes
- Punches are side-mounted and locked with screws
Die and Punch Selection
Selecting the correct punch and die is crucial for achieving optimal bending results.
CORMAK press brakes continuously measure bending parameters and can automatically compensate deviations during processing to ensure the best possible accuracy.

Depending on the press force, sectional punches and dies may vary in length.
