Manual or automatic adjustment of finger height. The R-axis facilitates bending of larger radii, e.g. by a step bending system.

To achieve a satisfactory step bending result, certain calculations must be made, requiring knowledge of several key parameters of the bending process, such as:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the bent sheet curve measured on the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the total number of single bends required to obtain the desired radius; the greater the number of bends, the smaller the angle of each and the smoother the arc;
- Distance between bends – the spacing between individual bends during the process.
Although step bending may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are so advanced that they automate much of the process for the operator.
Automatic deflection compensation
Ensures consistent bending angle along the entire length – (option*)
Manual deflection compensation (option*)
Ensures consistent bending angle along the entire length – (option*)

High-Quality Components:
- Electrical components by Schneider / Delta / Eaton

Control and Functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen, mounted on a movable arm allowing convenient operation across the entire workspace
- Programmability: allows storage of up to 2,000 programs, each with 30 steps, ensuring flexibility for various bending tasks
- Ergonomic Operation: intuitive English-language interface enables quick operator familiarisation
The machine combines advanced technology with simplicity of use, making it ideal for both precise manual tasks and efficient series production. High-quality components and safety systems guarantee reliability and operator protection.
Safety
Laser Safety System
Standard with top-class laser safety system ensuring operator protection and doubling the bending speed.

We never compromise on safety! Highest-quality hydraulic connections and safety valves ensure operator protection.

Beware of low-quality safety systems such as light curtains or barriers not compliant with CE standards — these expose workers to injury risks. Employers are responsible for staff safety!
CE-Compliant Safety Guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile controller on articulated arm
- LED lighting: improving comfort and safety during operation
- Front supports on linear guides

Our press brakes include advanced safety systems: clear markings, side covers, rear safety gate, and easily accessible emergency switches.
Each machine comes with a clear, detailed user manual.
CE declaration alone does not guarantee safety — it depends on the installed systems!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard in our machines — ensures stable performance parameters even during long continuous operation.
Punch and Die Clamping:
- Standard: sectional, multi-groove, four-sided dies and sectional punches
- The standard CORMAK press brake system uses a manual AMADA-type (European) tool clamping system for quick tool changes
- Punches are mounted from the machine’s side and locked using screws
Selection of Die and Punch
For best bending results, proper selection of the die and punch is essential.
CORMAK press brakes continuously monitor bending parameters and can automatically correct deviations to maintain optimal accuracy.

Depending on the press force, sectional punches and dies may vary in length.
