The presented configuration represents the most popular choice among our clients – a proven and efficient solution for serial production.
Main Features:
-
Front supports: 2 pcs on linear guides, ensuring stability during bending operations.
-
Back gauge adjustment (X-axis): automatic
-
Ram adjustment (Y1, Y2 axes): automatic
-
Finger height adjustment (R-axis): manual (option* servo drive)
-
Double-sided punch clamping: quick AMADA-type mounting system, allowing rapid tool changes.
Available configurations are tailored to the production requirements and the type of workpieces – the machine specification is determined individually according to the application and technological needs.

Manual or automatic adjustment of the back gauge height. The R-axis facilitates the bending of larger radii, e.g. using a step bending system.

To achieve satisfactory results when performing step bending, it is necessary to perform certain calculations that require knowledge of several key parameters related to the bending process, such as:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the curved section of the sheet, measured along the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of individual bends that must be made to form a specific radius; the higher the number of bends, the smaller the angle of each bend and the smoother the curve;
- Distance between bends – the spacing between each individual bend performed during the process.
Although the step bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are so advanced that they can automate most of these calculations for the operator.

High-quality components:
- Electrical components by Schneider / Delta / Eaton

Control and functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen, mounted on a movable arm allowing convenient operation across the entire working area of the machine.
- Programmability: up to 2,000 programs with 30 steps each, allowing flexible adaptation to different production tasks.
- Ergonomic interface: intuitive menu with English abbreviations enables quick operator familiarisation.
The machine combines advanced technology with simplicity of use, making it an excellent choice for both precision manual operations and efficient serial production. High-quality components and advanced safety systems ensure reliability and operational safety.
Safety
Laser safety system
Included as standard — a top-class laser safety system protecting the operator and increasing the bending speed by over twofold.

We do not compromise on safety! Top-quality hydraulic connections and safety valves designed by Cormak engineers.

Beware of pseudo safety systems such as gates or light curtains, as they do not comply with CE standards and may endanger employees. As an employer, you are responsible for your workers’ safety!
CE-compliant safety guards

Ergonomics and additional features:
- Mobile controller on a movable boom
- LED lighting: increases comfort and safety of work
- Supports on linear guides

We prioritise the safety of our clients and their teams — our press brakes are equipped with a range of advanced safety systems, including clear labelling, side covers, a rear safety gate, and easily accessible emergency stop buttons.
Each machine is supplied with a comprehensive and user-friendly manual.
The CE declaration alone does not guarantee full safety — the installed safety systems are what truly matter!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Included as standard — ensures stable operating parameters of the machine even during long-term continuous use.
Tool clamping system:
- Standard divided four-sided multi-groove dies and segmented punches
- The standard system used in CORMAK press brakes is the manual AMADA (European) type, enabling quick tool changes.
- Punches are side-mounted and locked using screws.
Die and punch selection
For optimal bending results, correct tool selection — both die and punch — is essential.
CORMAK press brakes perform real-time bending measurements and can correct deviations during the process for maximum precision.

Depending on the press force, divided punches and dies may differ in length.
