The presented configuration represents the most commonly chosen setup by our customers – a proven and efficient choice for serial production.
Main Features:
-
Front supports: 2 pcs on linear guides, ensuring stability during bending operations
-
Rear gauge adjustment (X-axis): automatic
-
Beam adjustment (Y1, Y2 axes): automatic
-
Height adjustment of gauge fingers (R-axis): manual (oprion* servo drive)
-
Double-sided punch clamping: quick-release AMADA-type system allowing fast tool changes
Available configurations are adapted to production requirements and the type of processed details – machine specifications are determined individually according to application and technological requirements.

Manual or automatic backgauge height adjustment. The R-axis facilitates bending of larger radii, e.g. by step bending system.

For the step bending process to produce satisfactory results, certain calculations are necessary, requiring knowledge of a few key parameters related to the bending process:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the curved sheet section measured along the inner bending line;
- Number of bends – the number of individual bends needed to achieve the required radius; the higher the number of bends, the smaller the angle of each, resulting in a smoother curve;
- Distance between bends – the distance between individual bending lines during the process.
Although the step bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are so advanced that they automate most of the calculations and operations for the operator.

High-quality components:
- Electrical components by Schneider / Delta / Eaton

Control and Functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- Equipped with a 10” touchscreen mounted on a movable arm for full working range access.
- Programmability: stores up to 2000 programs with 30 steps each, enabling versatile operation.
- Ergonomic operation: intuitive English-language interface for quick and easy setup.
The machine combines advanced technology with simplicity of operation, making it ideal for both precise manual bending and efficient serial production. High-quality components and safety systems ensure reliability and operator protection.
Safety
Laser Safety System
Standard equipment includes a top-class laser safety system protecting the operator and doubling the bending speed efficiency.

We do not compromise on safety! Highest quality hydraulic connections and safety valves ensure full compliance with CE standards.

Beware of low-quality protections such as light curtains or gate-type barriers – they may not comply with CE standards and can endanger operators’ health. As an employer, you are responsible for your employee’s safety!
CE-compliant Safety Guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile controller on adjustable arm
- LED lighting: enhances comfort and workplace safety
- Front supports on linear guides

Our press brakes include a wide range of safety features such as clear markings, side guards, rear safety gates, and easily accessible emergency stops.
Each machine is supplied with a detailed user manual.
A CE declaration does not automatically guarantee safety – the real value lies in the safety systems installed!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard system ensuring stable operating parameters of the machine even during long-term continuous use.
Tool and Die Clamping:
- Standard split four-sided multi-groove dies and split punches
- Manual AMADA-type (European) clamping system enabling fast tool changes
- Punches mounted laterally and secured with bolts
Tool and Die Selection
The correct selection of dies and punches is essential for the desired bending results.
CORMAK press brakes continuously measure the bending process and can automatically correct deviations for optimal results.

Depending on the press force, split punches and dies may vary in length.
