RM Mechanical Bending Rolls

The RM series mechanical bending rolls are designed for standard sheet metal bending tasks with thicknesses ranging from 2 to 4 mm and widths from 1050 to 2550 mm. They are used for producing cylindrical forms. The sheet is clamped between two central driven rolls. The upper roll is fixed, while the lower one moves up and down (manual adjustment) to match the required sheet thickness. The desired bending diameter is achieved by manually adjusting the side roll position. RM models can optionally be equipped with pre-bending functionality via a motorised side roll.
