The presented configuration represents the most commonly chosen setup by customers – a proven and efficient choice for serial production.
Main Features:
-
Front supports: 2 pcs on linear guides, ensuring stability during bending operations.
-
Backgauge adjustment (X-axis): automatic
-
Beam adjustment (Y1, Y2 axis): automatic (oprion* servo drive)
-
Finger height adjustment (R-axis): manual (oprion* servo drive)
-
Double-sided punch holder: quick AMADA-type clamping system allowing for fast tool changes.
Available configurations are tailored to production needs and the type of processed parts – specifications are determined individually according to application and technological requirements.

Manual or automatic backgauge height adjustment. R-axis facilitates bending of larger radii, e.g. with step bending systems.

To achieve satisfactory results in step bending, some calculations are necessary, based on several key parameters such as:
- Arc length – distance between the ends of the bent section of the sheet measured along the inner bend line;
- Number of bends – number of single bends needed to obtain the desired radius; the higher the number, the smoother the arc;
- Distance between bends – spacing between each single bend performed during the process.
Although the step bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are advanced enough to automate most of the operations.

High-quality components:
- Electrical components by Schneider / Delta / Eaton

Control and Functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen mounted on a movable arm, providing flexibility across the working area of the machine.
- Programmability: ability to store up to 2,000 programs with 30 steps each, allowing flexible adaptation to different bending operations.
- Ergonomic operation: intuitive menu with English abbreviations simplifies use and setup.
The machine combines advanced technology with easy operation, making it ideal for both precision manual work and efficient serial production. High-quality components and advanced safety systems ensure reliability and user protection.
Safety
Laser safety system
Standard equipment includes a high-class laser safety system protecting the operator and more than doubling the bending process efficiency.

We do not compromise on safety! Top-quality hydraulic fittings and safety valves designed to meet CE standards.

Be cautious with pseudo-safety systems such as gates or light curtains, as they may not comply with CE standards and can endanger employees. Remember — as an employer, you are responsible for the safety of your staff!
CE-compliant safety guards

Ergonomics and additional features:
- Mobile controller on a movable arm
- LED lighting: improves comfort and safety at work
- Supports on linear guides

We care about the safety of our customers and their teams. Therefore, our press brakes are equipped with numerous safety systems, including clear markings, side covers, a rear safety gate and easily accessible emergency stop buttons.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and detailed user manual.
Having a CE declaration alone does not make a machine safe — what truly matters is the safety systems it is equipped with!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard system ensuring stable working parameters even during prolonged, continuous operation.
Tool clamping and dies:
- Standard set includes segmented four-sided multi-groove dies and segmented punches
- The basic system used in CORMAK press brakes is the manual AMADA (European) type, allowing quick tool changes.
- Punches are side-mounted and locked with screws.
Selection of dies and punches
The final result also depends on the correct selection of the die and punch.
CORMAK press brakes perform real-time bending measurements and can automatically correct deviations during operation to achieve optimal results.

Depending on the press force, segmented punches and dies may vary in length.
