Manual or automatic adjustment of finger height. The R-axis simplifies bending of larger radii, e.g. using a step bending system.

To achieve a satisfactory step bending result, several calculations must be performed, requiring knowledge of key bending parameters such as:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the bent sheet curve measured on the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the total number of individual bends required to achieve the desired radius; the greater the number, the smoother the curve;
- Distance between bends – the spacing between individual bends made during the process.
Although the step bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are so advanced that they automate most of the operator’s work.
Automatic deflection compensation
Ensures a consistent bending angle along the entire working length – (option*)
Manual deflection compensation (option*)
Ensures consistent bending angle along the entire working length – (option*)
High-Quality Components:
- Electrical components by Schneider / Delta / Eaton

Control and Functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen installed on a movable arm, allowing freedom of operation across the machine’s workspace.
- Programmability: stores up to 2,000 programs with 30 steps each, providing flexibility for various production tasks.
- Ergonomic interface: intuitive English-language menu for fast learning and ease of use.
The machine combines advanced technology with user-friendly operation, making it ideal for both precision manual work and efficient serial production. High-quality components and advanced safety systems ensure reliability and safe operation.
Safety
Laser Safety System
Standard high-class laser safety system protects the operator and doubles the bending process efficiency.

We do not compromise on safety! Top-quality hydraulic fittings and safety valves ensure operator protection.

Beware of inferior safety systems like light barriers or gates that are not CE compliant — they may endanger operators’ health. Employers are responsible for ensuring proper safety!
CE-Compliant Safety Guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile controller on articulated arm
- LED lighting: improves work comfort and safety
- Front supports on linear guides

Our press brakes are equipped with multiple safety measures including clear markings, side guards, rear safety gate and accessible emergency switches.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and detailed user manual.
A CE declaration alone does not guarantee safety – what truly matters are the systems installed!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard feature ensuring stable machine parameters even during long, continuous operation.
Punch and Die Clamping:
- Standard: sectional, multi-groove, four-sided dies and sectional punches
- CORMAK press brakes feature a manual AMADA-type (European) clamping system allowing fast tool changes
- Punches are side-mounted and clamped with screws
Selection of Die and Punch
The final bending result depends greatly on selecting the right punch and die.
CORMAK press brakes continuously measure bending parameters and automatically compensate for deviations to achieve perfect results.

Depending on the press force, sectional punches and dies may differ in length.
