Manual or automatic height adjustment of back stops. The R-axis facilitates bending of larger radii, e.g., using the step bending system.

To achieve accurate step bending results, several calculations must be performed, based on the main bending parameters:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the bent curve, measured along the inner radius of the bend.
- Number of bends – the number of single bends required to achieve the desired radius; the higher the number, the smoother the curve.
- Distance between bends – the spacing between each individual bend made during the process.
Although step bending may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software handle most of the calculations automatically, significantly reducing operator involvement.
Automatic Deflection Compensation
Ensures consistent bending angle along the entire bending length – (option*)
Manual Deflection Compensation (option*)
Provides identical bending angle across the full working width – (option*)

High-Quality Components
- Electrical system components by Schneider / Delta / Eaton

Control and Functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen mounted on a movable arm, allowing convenient operation across the entire working area.
- Programmability: stores up to 2,000 programs with 30 steps each for flexible production planning.
- Ergonomic Interface: intuitive English-language menu facilitates quick and efficient operation.
This machine combines advanced technology with intuitive control, making it ideal for both precision manual work and efficient batch production. High-quality components and comprehensive safety systems ensure durability, accuracy, and operator safety.
Safety
Laser Safety System
Included as standard — a top-class laser safety system that protects the operator and more than doubles bending efficiency.

We never compromise on safety. Hydraulic connections and CE-compliant safety valves ensure secure and reliable operation.

Beware of substandard safety barriers or light curtains, as they may not comply with CE standards and can put employees at risk. The employer is responsible for ensuring workplace safety.
CE-Compliant Safety Guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile controller on articulated arm
- LED lighting for better visibility and work safety
- Front supports on linear guides

CORMAK press brakes are equipped with multiple safety systems — including side covers, rear safety doors, visible markings, and easily accessible emergency stops.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and comprehensive user manual.
A CE declaration alone does not guarantee safety — what matters most are the implemented protection systems.

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard system ensuring stable machine parameters even during extended continuous operation.
Punch and Die Clamping:
- Standard: sectional, four-sided multi-groove dies and sectional punches
- Manual AMADA-type (European) system for quick tool changes
- Punches mounted laterally and locked with screws
Die and Punch Selection
Proper die and punch selection ensures the best bending results.
CORMAK press brakes continuously measure bending angles and can correct deviations in real time to maintain precision.

Depending on the press force, sectional punches and dies may vary in length.
