Manual or automatic adjustment of finger height. The R-axis facilitates bending larger radii, e.g. using a step bending system.

To achieve a satisfactory step bending result, certain calculations are necessary, requiring knowledge of several key bending parameters, such as:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the bent sheet curve, measured on the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of individual bends needed to obtain the required radius; more bends mean smaller individual angles and smoother curvature;
- Distance between bends – the spacing between consecutive bends during the process.
Although step bending may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are so advanced that they automate most of the operator’s work.
Automatic deflection compensation
Ensures consistent bending angle along the entire length – (option*)
Manual deflection compensation (option*)
Ensures consistent bending angle along the entire length – (option*)
High-Quality Components:
- Electrical components by Schneider / Delta / Eaton

Control and Functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen mounted on a movable arm, providing convenient operation across the entire workspace.
- Programmability: stores up to 2,000 programs, each with 30 steps, allowing flexible adaptation to various production tasks.
- Ergonomic Interface: intuitive English-language menu enables quick familiarisation and efficient operation.
The machine combines advanced technology with simplicity of use, making it ideal for both precision manual work and efficient serial production. High-quality components and advanced safety systems ensure reliability and safe operation.
Safety
Laser Safety System
Standard with a high-end laser safety system that protects the operator and doubles bending process efficiency.

We never compromise on safety! Top-quality hydraulic connections and safety valves ensure operator protection.

Beware of low-quality safety systems such as barriers or light curtains not compliant with CE standards — these expose workers to serious risk. Employers are responsible for their staff’s safety!
CE-Compliant Safety Guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile controller on articulated arm
- LED lighting: enhances comfort and safety at work
- Front supports on linear guides

Our press brakes are equipped with numerous safety features including clear markings, side covers, rear safety gate, and easily accessible emergency switches.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and detailed user manual.
CE declaration alone does not guarantee safety — the installed systems make the difference!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard feature ensuring stable machine performance parameters even during long, continuous operation.
Punch and Die Clamping:
- Standard: sectional, multi-groove, four-sided dies and sectional punches
- Standard CORMAK press brakes use a manual AMADA-type (European) system for quick tool changes
- Punches are side-mounted and clamped with screws
Selection of Die and Punch
The final bending result also depends on proper die and punch selection.
CORMAK press brakes continuously monitor bending parameters and can automatically correct deviations to ensure optimal results.

Depending on press force, sectional punches and dies may differ in length.
