Automatic control of back gauge travel (X-axis) and R-axis (manual option*). The R-axis facilitates bending larger radii, for example using step bending.

To achieve a satisfactory step-bending effect, certain calculations are necessary, requiring knowledge of key parameters of the bending process:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the bent sheet curve, measured along the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of single bends required to achieve the desired radius; the higher the number of bends, the smaller the individual bend angle and the smoother the curve;
- Distance between bends – spacing between individual bends performed during the process.
Although the step-bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are so advanced that they automate much of the operator’s work.

Laser safety system
Standardly equipped with a high-class laser safety system, protecting the operator and doubling the bending speed.

We do not compromise on safety! The machine uses top-class hydraulic connections and safety valves designed in Poland.


Beware of pseudo safety systems such as gates or light curtains, as they do not comply with CE standards and expose operators to risk. As an employer, you are responsible for the safety of your employees!

SCO – Oil cooling system
Standard feature ensuring stable machine operation parameters even during long continuous use.
Tool clamping system:
- Standard configuration includes split multi-groove four-sided dies and sectional punches
- The basic system used in CORMAK press brakes is the manual AMADA (European) quick-change system for rapid tool replacement
- Punches are side-mounted and locked with bolts
