Automatic adjustment of rear gauge travel (axis X) and axis R (manual in option*). Axis R facilitates bending larger radii, e.g. with step bending system.

Optional adjustment of fingers in axes Z1, Z2, R1, R2, X1, X2 by servomotors (option*).

For a satisfactory result of step bending, it is necessary to perform some calculations that require knowledge of a few key parameters related to the bending process:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the curved part of the bent sheet measured on the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of individual bends required to obtain a sheet with a defined radius; the higher the number of bends, the smaller the single bending angle and the smoother the curve;
- Distance between bends – the spacing between individual bends made during the process.
Although the entire step bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are now so advanced that they automate many of the operator’s tasks.
Automatic deflection crowning compensation
Ensures a consistent bending angle along the entire bending length – (option*)
Manual deflection crowning compensation (option*)

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile controller on movable arm
- LED lighting: improving comfort and safety
- Front supports on linear guides
- Follow-up supports (option*)

Follow-up supports on servomotors enable bending of larger sheets, raising them during bending so that the curved radius maintains the intended angle.
CORMAK press brakes are equipped with a range of advanced safety systems, including clear markings, side covers, rear safety gates and easily accessible emergency switches.

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard system ensuring stable machine performance parameters even during long continuous operation.
Tool Clamping and Dies:
- Standard split four-way dies and sectional punches
