1. Work table

• Sectional table with FOUR independent vacuum sections made of rigid and durable HPL boards.
• Each section has holes connected to the vacuum pump through a tubing system.
• Main holes in the vacuum table are fitted with caps, allowing clamping of different material formats.
• The table surface is covered with a network of channels ensuring even vacuum distribution across the entire work area.
• Equipped with T-slots for manual material clamping.

2. HQD Spindle

• Brushless spindle from a renowned manufacturer with 5.5kW power, inverter-driven with overload protection.
• Equipped with an innovative air-cooling system.
• Designed for automatic tool change, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
• Automation allows tool changes without recalibration or production interruption.

3. Drive system

• Energy-efficient Leadshine 1500W servo drives with high holding torque (dual drive on Y axis).
• Controlled by a NK-105 G3 digital controller, ensuring excellent machining quality at high speeds.
• Brushless servo motors on X and Y axes transmit drive through high-quality planetary gearboxes.
• Z-axis is driven by a reinforced ball screw for maximum positioning accuracy.
• Movement along X and Y axes is achieved via HIWIN linear guides and helical racks made of hardened, tempered steel for long-term durability.
• All HIWIN linear rails are precision tested and verified during assembly.

4. Structure

• The sliding gantry is made of cast iron, ensuring outstanding rigidity and vibration damping during machining.
• The robust ribbed steel table eliminates vibration during operation.

5. 8-Tool Magazine + Tool Height Sensor

• Equipped with an 8-position linear tool magazine, ISO30 holders, and ER32 collets.
• Includes tool holders and collets: 1/2" (6 pcs), 1/8" (2 pcs), 3–4mm (2 pcs), 5–6mm (4 pcs), 7–8mm (2 pcs), 9–10mm (2 pcs).
• Each machine is equipped with a precise Z-axis tool height sensor eliminating recalibration after each tool change.

6. Vacuum pump (optional) and extraction shoe

• The vacuum pump significantly increases workpiece holding force, preventing material displacement.
• Four independent vacuum sections.
• Pneumatically operated extraction shoe near the spindle enables chip extraction connection, ensuring clean and safe machining.

Technical specifications

The machine features a memory function for the last G-code path. In case of power loss, it resumes work from the last point without material or time loss.
