2. Spindle
- High-quality 9 kW brushless spindle from a renowned Italian manufacturer, inverter-driven and protected against overload,
- Air-cooled HSD milling spindle ensures efficient cooling and high durability,
- Supports automatic tool change (ATC) for maximum productivity without manual intervention,
- Automation enables continuous operation without the need for recalibration or production interruption.
3. Drive System
- Energy-efficient YASKAWA AC servo drives managed by a digital controller, providing smooth motion and precision at high speeds,
- Brushless servo AC motors drive the X and Y axes via high-quality planetary gearboxes,
- The Z-axis, where positioning accuracy is crucial, uses a reinforced ball screw,
- Movement along the X and Y axes is guided by HIWIN linear rails and helical rack-and-pinion gears made of hardened steel for durability,
- All axes use professional HIWIN trapezoidal linear guides, tested during assembly to ensure compliance,
- Central automatic lubrication system for critical moving components ensures long service life and minimal maintenance.
4. Construction
- The sliding gantry is made of cast iron, offering excellent rigidity and vibration absorption,
- The ribbed steel table structure eliminates vibration during heavy machining operations.
5. Tool Magazine and Measurement Sensor
- 12-position linear tool magazine with ISO30 holders and ER32 collets,
- Includes tool holders and collets in the following sizes:
1/2" – 6 pcs; 1/8" – 2 pcs; 3–4 mm – 2 pcs; 5–6 mm – 4 pcs; 7–8 mm – 2 pcs; 9–10 mm – 2 pcs,
- Each CNC router is equipped with a precision Z-axis tool height sensor that eliminates manual corrections after tool changes.
6. Software and Industrial Control
- Machine operated via SYNTEC industrial controller—same as those used in professional machining centers; includes handheld pendant and LCD display,
- Optional UCanCAM V12 software (supports import/export from Corel, AutoCAD, etc.; includes text editor and advanced CAD/CAM features),
- Enables fast part design and G-code generation, as well as easy import of ready-made files.
7. Vacuum Pump (optional) and Dust Extraction Foot
- Next-generation dust extraction housing ensures cleaner and more efficient cutting,
- Vacuum pump significantly increases clamping force, keeping materials stable during machining,
- Optional 7.5 kW vacuum pump (max -440 mbar) with six independent zones,
- Pneumatically actuated extraction foot located near the spindle enables efficient chip collection while maintaining accuracy and cleanliness.

The machine includes a G-code memory function that allows it to resume operation from the last point after a power interruption, avoiding time and material loss.
Z-axis gantry height can be increased to 450 mm.
Feed-in/out tables (loading/unloading) available, similar to models HK-51 and HK-52.
* Depending on material type and machining conditions, using two vacuum pumps is recommended for optimal clamping efficiency.
* Unloading and positioning of the machine are the customer’s responsibility.
