1. Working table

• The section table with six independent vacuum sections, made of rigid and durable HPL boards, controlled directly from the control cabinet,
• Each section has openings to which negative pressure from a vacuum pump is supplied through a system of pipes,
• The main openings in the vacuum table have plugs, thanks to which you can attach various formats of materials,
• The surface of the working table is covered with a network of channels, which allows for even distribution of the negative pressure over its entire area,
• It has grooves that also enable manual fastening of the material,
• The table is equipped with bumpers in two axes!
• The IND line of plotters is equipped with a reinforced, industrial, massive work table.

2. Italian HSD spindle

• Brushless spindle from a reputable high-class manufacturer with a power of 9 kW, powered by an inverter, with overload protection.
• Electric milling spindle equipped with an innovative AIR cooling system.
• Adapted to automatic tool change, which shortens the machining time due to the lack of downtime associated with manual change of the cutter.
• Automation allows the use of all tools in the production process without the need to calibrate and stop the production cycle

3.Drives

• Energy-saving high-class AC YASKAWA servo drives controlled by a digital controller provide excellent machining quality while maintaining high operating speeds in individual directions,
• Brushless AC servo motors driving the X, Y axes transfer the drive through high-class planetary gears
• The Z axis, where positioning precision is of key importance, is driven by a reinforced ball screw.
• The gate is moved along the X and Y axes via HIWIN guide rails and gear wheels with skew teeth, which guarantee many years of failure-free operation, made of high-quality hardened and hardened steel
• Professional HIWIN trapezoidal rails used in all axes are subject to compliance control, and test procedures are carried out at every stage of assembly.
• Central maintenance-free lubrication system for the most important moving parts: trolleys and ball screw. This saves time and protects the most important moving components.

4. Construction

• The structure of the sliding gate is made of cast iron, which achieves incredible stiffness and absorbs vibrations generated during processing very well.
• The rigid table structure, made of ribbed steel, excludes vibrations during the production process.

5. Tool magazine and tool measurement sensor

• The machine is equipped with an 8-position linear tool changer, a set of ISO30 cones and ER32 sleeves
• The set includes ISO30 holders and sleeves for mounting tools with the following dimensions:
• 1/2 "- 6 pcs; 1/8" - 2 pcs; 3-4mm - 2 items 5-6mm - 4 pcs; 7-8mm - 2 pcs; 9-10mm - 2 pcs
• Each CNC milling machine is equipped with a precise Z axis tool height sensor, which eliminates the time to correct measurements after each tool change.
