The offered CNC router is a precision machine based on components from leading global manufacturers. The CORMAK C2030 ATC CNC milling plotter is designed for machining and cutting wood-based materials, chipboard, MDF, OSB, plywood, as well as plastics such as PVC, plexiglass, and dibond. YASKAWA AC SERVO motors provide high acceleration and speed in all axes.

Machine description

1. Work table

The work table is manufactured using hybrid technology,
Equipped with slots enabling also manual clamping of material with dimensions of 2100 x 3300 mm,
Sectional table with four independent vacuum zones together with a 7.5 kW pump.

3. HQD spindle

High-class brushless spindle characterised by very high power of 9 kW.
Equipped with an innovative air cooling system (not liquid-cooled).
The spindle design uses high-quality machine bearings, ensuring very quiet operation and increased durability.
Spindle speed range from 4,500 to 24,000 rpm.
Oil mist system available for an additional charge (option*)

6. Drive system

SERVO motors used to drive high-power machine tools ensure appropriate acceleration and speed in individual axes.
High-quality rack and pinion drives operate on the X and Y axes, providing high durability and precision.
The Z axis is driven by a high-quality ball screw.
All axes move on linear guideways.
The machine is equipped with a tool height sensor.
Gantry drive on rack and pinion systems, rolling linear guideways.
Linear bearing system: trapezoidal rails, Hiwin carriages.

7. Structure

The moving gantry structure is made from cast iron, achieving exceptional rigidity and excellent vibration damping during machining.
Rigid table construction made from high-quality materials; thermally treated during the production process.

The machine supports CAD/CAM software in the latest versions.
OPTION* Latest software UCanCAM V13 (the software allows importing files from Corel, AutoCAD, etc. Import/export of files, editor, text input, and many other functions)
The software enables fast and easy design of components, which are then converted into so-called G-code. Import of ready-made files from other programs is also possible.
The machine is equipped with a G-code last-path memory function (in the event of failure or power interruption, work resumes from the last point without loss of time or material).

YASKAWA AC SERVO motors

Used to drive high-power machine tools, ensuring appropriate acceleration and speed in individual axes.

The milling machine operates on new-generation software.

The machine is controlled via a JAPANESE (not Chinese) industrial controller with handheld pendant and LCD display.
