3. Drive system

4. Structure
- The sliding gantry is made of cast iron, providing exceptional rigidity and vibration absorption during machining.
- The rigid, ribbed steel table construction eliminates vibration during the production process.
5. Tool magazine and tool measurement sensor
- Equipped with an 8-position linear tool magazine, ISO30 tool holders, and ER32 collets.
- Includes holders: ISO30 and collets in sizes 1/2" (6 pcs), 1/8" (2 pcs), 3–4mm (2 pcs), 5–6mm (4 pcs), 7–8mm (2 pcs), 9–10mm (2 pcs).
- Each machine includes a precise Z-axis tool height sensor that eliminates recalibration after each tool change.
6. Control and software
- Machine control is managed by an industrial SYNTEC controller, identical to those used in large machining centres, complete with manipulator and LCD display.
- Optional: latest UCanCAM V13 software with multilingual interface, supporting file import from Corel, AutoCAD, and others (G-code generation, text editor, and more).
- Software allows easy design and automatic conversion to G-code, with import of ready-made CAD/CAM files.
- The machine includes a G-code memory function – in the event of power failure, operation resumes from the last position without time or material loss.
7. Vacuum pump (optional) and extraction shoe
- The vacuum pump greatly increases workpiece holding force, preventing displacement during machining.
- Optional vacuum pump – 7.5kW (max –440 mbar).
- Four independent vacuum sections.
- Pneumatic extraction shoe near the spindle allows chip collection connection, ensuring clean, safe, and precise operation.
