Optional servo control of fingers in axes Z1, Z2, R1, R2, X1, X2 (option*)

To achieve a satisfactory step bending result, it is necessary to perform certain calculations, which require knowledge of several key parameters related to the bending process – these include:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the bent curve of the sheet, measured on the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of individual bends required to obtain a sheet with a specific radius; the greater the number of bends, the smaller the angle of each bend and the smoother the final arc;
- Distance between bends – the distance between each individual bend performed during the process.
Although the entire step bending process may seem quite complex, CORMAK machines and software are advanced enough to fully automate many of these operations, relieving the operator of the need for manual calculations.
Automatic crowning compensation
Ensures consistent bending angle along the entire bending length – (option*)
Manual crowning compensation (option*)

Safety
Laser safety system
Standard equipment includes a high-class laser safety system protecting the operator and more than doubling bending efficiency.

We do not compromise on safety! The highest-class hydraulic connections and safety valves are designed by CORMAK.

CE-compliant safety guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile control panel on articulated arm
- LED lighting: increases operator comfort and safety
- Front supports on linear guides
- Servo-driven following supports (option*)

Servo-driven following supports enable bending of large sheets that lift along with the bending motion, preventing deformation and maintaining the correct angle.
Our press brakes include a range of advanced protection systems such as side guards, rear safety gate, clear warning markings and easily accessible emergency stops.
Each machine is delivered with a comprehensive user manual.
A CE declaration alone does not guarantee safety – what matters is the systems installed!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard system ensuring stable machine parameters even during long and continuous operation.
Tool Clamping System
- Standard divided four-sided multi-groove dies and segmented punches
- Manual AMADA (European) type quick-change tool system
- Punches mounted laterally and locked with bolts
Selection of Punch and Die
Proper tool selection is essential to achieve the desired bending results. CORMAK press brakes continuously measure bending parameters and automatically compensate deviations during operation for optimal accuracy.

Depending on the press force, segmented punches and dies may vary in length.
