Automatic adjustment of backgauge travel (X axis) and R axis (manual option*). The R axis facilitates the bending of larger radii, e.g. in a step bending system.

Optional control of fingers in axes Z1, Z2, R1, R2, X1, X2 with servomotors.

To achieve a satisfactory step bending effect, certain calculations are required. These involve understanding several key parameters related to the bending process, such as:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the curved section of the sheet, measured on the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of single bends required to obtain a desired radius; the higher the number of bends, the smaller the angle of each individual bend, and thus a smoother curve;
- Distance between bends – the spacing between individual bends made during the process.
Although the step bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are advanced enough to automatically handle most of these calculations, relieving the operator from manual work.
Automatic crowning compensation
Ensures a uniform bending angle along the entire bending length – (option*)
Manual crowning compensation (option*)
Ensures consistent bending angle along the entire working length – (option*)

Safety
Laser safety system
Standard equipment includes a high-class laser safety system protecting the operator and significantly increasing bending efficiency.

We never compromise on safety. High-quality hydraulic connections and safety valves designed in compliance with CE standards.

Warning: avoid using pseudo safety systems such as light curtains or gates, as they may not comply with CE standards and expose workers to health risks. Employers are responsible for the safety of their operators.
CE-compliant safety guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile controller on a movable arm
- LED lighting improves work comfort and safety
- Front supports on linear guides
- Follow-up supports (option*)

Servo-driven follow-up supports allow bending of large sheets by lifting the material during bending, ensuring consistent radius and precision.
Our press brakes are equipped with numerous advanced safety features including clear markings, side guards, rear safety gates, and easily accessible emergency stop buttons.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and detailed user manual.
Possession of a CE declaration alone does not guarantee safety — what matters is the implemented safety system!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard feature ensuring stable machine operation parameters even during long continuous work cycles.
Tool and Die Clamping:
- Standard four-sided multi-groove segmented dies and divided punches
- Manual quick-change AMADA (European) type clamping system allowing fast tool replacement
