Design and technology
The CORMAK 460x1000 model has been designed for intensive industrial use. The large-bore spindle is mounted on reinforced bearings and driven by a multi-range gearbox with hardened and ground gears. All parameters are conveniently adjusted from the ergonomic control panel. The machine enables thread cutting across a wide range (metric, inch, module, D.P.) without the need to replace gears in the gearbox, which significantly improves operator efficiency.
Precision and performance
The lathe is equipped with a leadscrew and feed shaft for automatic feeds and accurate threading. The built-in threading dial indicator makes it easy to reproduce thread pitches and accelerates subsequent passes. The digital readout system provides full control of positioning on three axes, making this machine ideal for high-precision and repeatable work.
