Construction and technology

The 500x1500YC model is built on a massive 400mm-wide cast-iron bed, induction-hardened and precisely ground for maximum rigidity and vibration damping. The spindle, mounted on high-quality ball bearings, ensures stability at all speeds. Control elements are arranged ergonomically, allowing easy speed and feed adjustments.

Precision and performance

Equipped with a 3-axis digital readout (DRO), the operator maintains complete control over each machining operation. Automatic feeds and threading are driven by a leadscrew and feed shaft, while a mechanical thread dial allows quick repositioning without errors. The 105mm spindle bore supports large internal diameters, and the 315mm 3-jaw chuck ensures secure workpiece clamping.
