The slow-speed industrial CORMAK 500x1500YB metal lathe features a robust cast-iron bed, a gearbox with adjustable spindle speed from just 9 rpm, and a powerful 7.5kW / 400V induction motor providing maximum torque. The large 85mm spindle bore allows machining of long and wide workpieces. Recommended for machining hard steels and precision metalworking, this machine supports internal and external turning, taper cutting, polishing, metric and imperial threading, drilling and broaching.
This lathe is ideal for applications requiring stability, torque and high accuracy at low rotational speeds.
