1. Work table

• Sectional table with FOUR independent vacuum sections, made of rigid and durable HPL boards,
• Each section has openings to which vacuum from the vacuum pump is supplied via a pipe system,
• The main openings in the vacuum table have plugs, allowing different material formats to be clamped,
• The work table surface is covered with a network of channels, allowing the vacuum to be distributed evenly over its entire area,
• It has grooves that also allow manual material clamping

2. HQD spindle

• High-class brushless spindle from a renowned manufacturer with a power of 5.5kW, powered by an inverter, with overload protection.
• Milling electrospindle equipped with an innovative AIR cooling system.
• Adapted for automatic tool change, which shortens machining time by eliminating downtime connected with manual cutter replacement.
• Automation allows all tools to be used in the production process without the need for calibration and stopping the production cycle

3.Drive

• Energy-saving, high-class 1,500W Leadshine servo drives with high holding torque (double on the Y axis)
• controlled by the digital NK-105 G3 controller, ensure excellent machining quality while maintaining high working speeds in individual directions.
• Brushless servo motors driving the X and Y axes transmit the drive via high-class planetary gearboxes.
• The Z axis, where positioning precision is crucial, is driven by a reinforced ball screw.
• Movement of the gantry along the X and Y axes takes place via HIWIN guide rails and helical gears, which guarantee many years of trouble-free operation and are made of high-quality hardened and tempered steel.
• The professional HIWIN trapezoidal rails used in all axes undergo compliance checks, and test procedures are carried out at every stage of assembly.
• Central maintenance-free lubrication system for the most important moving elements: carriages and the ball screw. This saves time and protects the most important moving components.

4. Structure

• The moving gantry structure is made of cast iron, achieving exceptional rigidity and absorbing vibrations generated during machining very effectively.
• The rigid table structure, made of ribbed steel, eliminates the formation of vibrations during the production process.

5. 8-tool magazine + tool measurement sensor

• The machine is equipped with an 8-position linear tool magazine, a set of ISO30 tapers and ER32 collets
• Included holders: ISO30 and collets for clamping tools with the following dimensions:
• 1/2" - 6 pcs; 1/8" - 1 pc; 3-4mm - 1 pc; 5-6mm - 2 pcs; 7-8mm - 1 pc; 9-10mm - 1 pc
• Each CNC milling machine is equipped with a precise Z-axis tool height sensor, which eliminates the time needed for measurement corrections after each tool change.
