Optional finger adjustment in axes Z1, Z2, R1, R2, X1, X2 using servomotors.

To achieve a satisfactory step bending effect, it is necessary to perform certain calculations that require knowledge of several key parameters related to the bending process – these are:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the curved part of the sheet, measured along the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of individual bends required to obtain a curved sheet with a specific radius; the greater the number of bends, the smaller the single bend angle, resulting in a smoother curve;
- Distance between bends – the distance between individual bends made during the process.
Although the entire step bending process may seem quite complex, the machines and software available from CORMAK are so advanced that they largely relieve the operator of these calculations.
Automatic crowning compensation
Ensures a constant bending angle along the entire bending length – (option)
Manual crowning compensation (option)
Ensures the same bending angle along the entire bending length – (option)

Safety
Laser safety system
High-class laser safety system ensuring operator protection and significantly increasing bending efficiency.

IRIS Plus laser system (option)
The IRIS Plus laser system is an advanced solution for press brakes, ensuring precise and safe positioning of tools and material. It allows real-time angle measurement and correction, significantly improving bending accuracy and process efficiency.

We do not compromise on safety! Top-quality hydraulic connections and safety valves ensure reliability and compliance with CE standards.

Beware of pseudo safety systems such as gates or light curtains that do not comply with CE standards and may endanger workers. The employer is responsible for the operator’s safety.
CE-compliant safety guards

Ergonomics and additional features:
- Mobile controller on a movable arm
- LED lighting: improves comfort and safety of work
- Supports on linear guides
- Follow-up supports (option)

Servo-driven follow-up supports enable bending of larger sheets that are raised during bending to maintain the correct angle and prevent deformation.
CORMAK press brakes are equipped with numerous safety elements including clear markings, side covers, rear CE safety gates and easily accessible emergency stop buttons.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and detailed user manual.
A CE declaration alone does not guarantee safety – the installed safety systems matter most!

SCO – Oil cooling system
Standard system ensuring stable machine parameters even during long, continuous operation.
Tool clamping system:
- Standard split multi-groove four-sided dies and sectional punches
- Standard AMADA (European) manual clamping system for quick tool changes
- Punches mounted laterally and locked with screws
Selection of die and punch
The final bending result depends on the correct selection of the press brake tools – dies and punches.
CORMAK press brakes continuously monitor bending and can automatically correct deviations during operation to achieve optimal results.

Depending on the press force, sectional punches and dies may differ in length.
