Automatic backgauge retraction adjustment (X axis) and R axis (manual in oprion*). R axis facilitates bending of larger radii, e.g. step bending system.

Optionally: finger adjustment in Z1, Z2, R1, R2, X1, X2 axes using servomotors.

For a satisfactory result of step bending, certain calculations must be made, requiring knowledge of several key parameters related to the bending process, such as:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the curved sheet part, measured on the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of single bends required to obtain a given radius; the higher the number, the smaller the angle of each bend, resulting in a smoother arc;
- Distance between bends – the spacing between individual bends made during the process.
Although the entire step bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are advanced enough to take over many of these operations automatically.
Automatic deflection crowning compensation

Manual deflection crowning compensation (oprion*)

Safety
Laser safety system
Standard-equipped with a top-class laser safety system protecting the operator and more than doubling bending speed.

IRIS Plus laser system (oprion*)
The IRIS Plus laser system is an advanced solution for press brakes, ensuring precise and safe positioning of tools and material. It allows real-time angle measurement and correction, increasing accuracy and efficiency.

We never compromise on safety! Top-quality hydraulic connections and safety valves designed in Poland.

Beware of pseudo-protection systems such as gates or light curtains, as they are not CE-compliant and may endanger operators' health. As an employer, you are responsible for your workers' safety!
CE-compliant safety enclosures

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile control panel on a movable arm
- LED lighting: increases comfort and safety during work
- Front supports on linear guides
- Follow-up sheet supports (oprion*)

Follow-up supports with servomotors enable bending of large sheets by automatically lifting them during bending to maintain the desired angle and prevent material deformation.
Cormak press brakes are equipped with multiple advanced safety features, including clear markings, side guards, rear safety gates, and easily accessible emergency switches.
Each machine is delivered with a clear and detailed user manual in English.
A CE declaration alone does not guarantee safety — what truly matters are the systems installed in the machine!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard-equipped system ensuring stable machine parameters even after long hours of continuous operation.
Tool Clamping and Dies:
- Standard: split, multi-groove, four-sided dies and split punches
- Standard tool clamping system: manual AMADA (European)-type quick-change system enabling fast and convenient tool replacement
- Punches are side-mounted and locked using screws
Selection of Punches and Dies
Proper selection of tooling (dies and punches) is essential for achieving the desired bending results.
CORMAK press brakes continuously monitor the bending process and automatically correct deviations to ensure optimal results.

Depending on press force, split punches and dies may vary in length.
