Automatic back gauge (X-axis) and R-axis travel adjustment (manual (option*)). The R-axis facilitates bending larger radii, e.g. step bending system.

Optional finger adjustment in axes Z1, Z2, R1, R2, X1, X2 with servo motors.

To achieve a satisfactory step-bending effect, it is necessary to perform specific calculations requiring knowledge of key parameters related to the bending process – these include:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the curve of the bent sheet, measured on the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of single bends required to achieve the desired sheet radius; the greater the number of bends, the smaller the angle of each bend and the smoother the arc;
- Distance between bends – the distance between individual bends performed during the process.
Although the entire step bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are advanced enough to fully support the operator in many aspects of the process.
Automatic deflection crowning compensation
Ensures a consistent bending angle along the entire bending length - (option*)
Manual deflection crowning compensation (option*)
Ensures the same bending angle across the entire bending length - (option*)

Safety
Laser safety system
Top-class laser safety system that protects the operator and more than doubles the bending process speed.

IRIS Plus laser system (option*)
The IRIS Plus system is an advanced solution for press brakes, ensuring precise and safe positioning of tools and material. It allows for real-time bending angle measurement and correction, significantly improving accuracy and process efficiency.

CE-compliant safety guards
The machine features side covers, rear safety gate, clear safety markings and easily accessible emergency stop buttons, ensuring maximum operator safety.

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Movable controller arm
- LED lighting to improve comfort and safety
- Linear guide front supports
- Follow-up supports (option*)

Follow-up servo-driven supports allow the bending of larger sheets which, during the bending process, are lifted under angle to prevent deformation and maintain the programmed bend angle.
We care about the safety of our customers and their teams, which is why our press brakes are equipped with advanced protection systems, clear markings, side guards, rear safety gate and easily accessible emergency stops.
Each machine is supplied with a detailed user manual.
Having a CE declaration does not automatically guarantee safety — what matters is the actual safety system installed!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard equipment ensuring stable machine performance parameters even during long-term continuous operation.
Punch and Die Clamping
- Standard: segmented multi-groove four-sided dies and divided punches
- Manual AMADA-type (European) quick-change clamping system
- Punches mounted laterally and locked with screws
Die and Punch Selection
Proper tool selection ensures optimal bending results. CORMAK press brakes automatically measure and compensate bending deviations during operation to maintain precision.

Segmented punches and dies may differ in length depending on press force.
