CORMAK 460 x 1000 VARIO is a professional universal lathe designed for precision machining of metal components in industrial plants, metalworking workshops and tool rooms. Thanks to its rigid cast iron construction, large spindle bore and three-axis digital readout, this conventional lathe ensures stability, repeatability and efficiency even in the most demanding applications.

Design and technology
The CORMAK 460 x 1000 VARIO model has been designed for intensive operation. The large-bore spindle is mounted on reinforced bearings, and the drive is provided by a two-range gearbox with infinitely variable speed control and hardened, ground gears. Parameter adjustment is carried out from an ergonomic control panel. The ability to cut a wide range of threads (metric, imperial, module, D.P.) without changing change gears in the gearbox significantly increases operator efficiency.
Precision and working efficiency
The machine is equipped with a leadscrew and feed shaft for automatic feeds and precise thread cutting. Thanks to the digital readout system, the operator has full control over positioning in three axes. This is an ideal solution for tasks requiring high repeatability and precision.
