Automatic back gauge (X axis) and R axis adjustment (manual option*). R axis facilitates bending of larger radii, e.g. with the step bending system.

Optional adjustment of fingers in Z1, Z2, R1, R2, X1, X2 axes with servomotors.

To achieve a satisfactory step bending result, it is necessary to perform several calculations based on key parameters related to the bending process, such as:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the curved section of the sheet, measured along the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of single bends required to obtain a sheet with a specific radius; the greater the number of bends, the smaller the angle of each bend and the smoother the arc;
- Distance between bends – the distance between individual bends performed during the process.
Although the step bending process may seem quite complex, CORMAK machines and software are so advanced that they take over many operations from the operator.
Automatic crowning compensation
Ensures a consistent bending angle along the entire bending length – (option*)
Manual crowning compensation (option*)

The machine combines advanced technology with simplicity of operation, making it ideal for both precise manual tasks and efficient serial production. High-quality components and advanced safety systems ensure reliability and user protection.
Safety
Laser safety system
Supplied as standard – a top-class laser safety system that protects the operator and doubles the bending process speed.

We do not compromise on safety! The machine is equipped with the highest-class hydraulic connections and safety valves designed for maximum reliability.

Be cautious with pseudo safety devices such as light curtains or gates that are not CE-compliant – they expose employees to serious injury risks. As an employer, you are responsible for their safety!
CE-compliant safety guards

Ergonomics and additional conveniences:
- Mobile controller on movable arm
- LED lighting: improves comfort and safety at work
- Supports on linear guides
- Follow-up supports (option*)

Follow-up supports on servomotors allow bending of larger sheet sizes, lifting them during the bending moment so that the bent radius does not deform and maintains the required angle.
We care about the safety of our customers and their teams; therefore, our press brakes are equipped with multiple safety features, including clear markings, side guards, rear safety gates, and easily accessible emergency stops.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and detailed user manual.
Having a CE declaration does not automatically mean the machine is safe – the actual safety depends on the installed systems!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Supplied as standard, ensuring stable working parameters of the machine even during long continuous operation.
Punch and Die Clamping:
- Standard divided multi-groove four-sided dies and sectional punches
- The standard system used in CORMAK press brakes is the manual AMADA-type (European) quick-change clamping system
- Punches are mounted from the side of the machine and secured with screws
Die and Punch Selection
For the final bending result, proper tool selection – die and punch – is essential.
CORMAK press brakes continuously measure bending angles and can automatically correct deviations during the process to ensure the best possible result.

Depending on the press force, the sectional punches and dies may vary in length.
