The BS320 bandsaw body is built as a rigid steel and cast-iron structure with a 25° tilted arm for increased blade life. The arm is fitted with an automatic blade tension sensor and a cleaning brush ensuring proper blade operation. The worm gear drive system reduces maintenance requirements and enhances reliability.
The BS320 tube and profile bandsaw ensures precise and clean cuts thanks to carbide blade guides and smooth hydraulic lowering control. After each cut, the saw automatically switches off the blade drive, protecting the cutting components and ensuring operator safety.
