Metal bandsaw with an optimal cutting range, widely used in locksmith, manufacturing, and craft workshops for cutting various types of metals.
The CORMAK BS128HDRC metal bandsaw, designed for professional craftsmen, offers an optimal cutting range, efficiency, and easy operation. The arm swivels in both directions, which is a major advantage when cutting materials at angles. Despite its compact size, the machine’s high weight (90kg) ensures outstanding stability and eliminates vibrations during cutting – unlike lightweight models. The material can be fed manually or by any feeding device. The feed during cutting operates by gravity, based on the oil flow within a dual-chamber hydraulic cylinder. The desired arm lowering speed is achieved by adjusting the valve that regulates oil flow between the chambers. Straightness of cut is ensured by a set of bearing guides. The machine comes as standard with an automatic limit switch and an ON/OFF switch compliant with IP54. The rotating saw frame enables double mitre cutting from -45° to +60°.
