Design and technology

The machine’s structure is based on a welded steel frame and a stable base with a coolant tray. The cast-iron arm provides rigidity for the entire cutting assembly. Cutting is performed using a gravity feed controlled by an oil-flow hydraulic cylinder. The quick-lock vice with an adjustable base ensures secure material clamping. The user can choose between two blade speeds: 44 or 88 m/min and stepless adjustment of the arm lowering rate.

The cooling system with a separate tank and pump lowers the cutting temperature and reduces blade wear.
