CORMAK S200R is a metal bandsaw designed for both single and serial production. With a cutting range from -45° to +60°, it performs excellently as a bandsaw for pipes and profiles. Its design, based on a heavy-duty cast-iron arm and a precise blade guiding system, ensures accuracy and repeatability of every cut. The feed motion is gravity-driven through a hydraulic cylinder with stepless lowering adjustment, guaranteeing a controlled cutting process.
CORMAK S200R is a metal bandsaw designed for both single-piece and serial production. With its cutting range from -45° to +60°, it is perfectly suited for use as a bandsaw for pipes and profiles. The construction, based on a robust cast-iron arm and precise blade guiding system, ensures accuracy and repeatability with every cut. The feed is gravity-controlled via a hydraulic cylinder with smooth lowering adjustment, providing a stable and consistent cutting process.
The machine is built on a rigid steel base with an integrated coolant tank and circulation pump. The saw arm, made from a single cast-iron piece, ensures high stability and vibration damping. The drive is provided by a three-phase motor with two blade speeds (36 / 70 m/min) selected from the control panel. The 25° arm inclination relative to the base extends blade life and improves cutting quality.
High cutting accuracy results from the cooperation of carbide blade guides and roller bearings. Maintaining optimal blade tension improves cutting efficiency and reduces the risk of damage. Automatic shutdown after the cutting cycle prevents operator error and enhances work safety.
The S200R metal bandsaw is ideal for use in industrial plants, locksmith workshops, construction companies and maintenance departments. It enables precise cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, closed profiles and solid materials.
