CORMAK MCB350HD is a professional metal bandsaw designed for precise cutting at angles from -45° to +60°. Equipped with a robust cast-iron arm and a gravity feed system, it is ideal for both unit and serial production. Design and technology

The saw’s design is based on a heavy-duty welded steel frame with cast-iron components. The arm, inclined at 25°, improves cutting efficiency and blade life. The worm gear drive system ensures reliable performance, while the blade tension gauge (dial tensometer) maintains optimal cutting conditions.

The machine is equipped with a blade-cleaning brush, coolant pump with closed circulation system and a material stop with a measuring scale, allowing accurate repetitive cutting.

The CORMAK MCB350HD metal bandsaw for tubes and profiles offers a variable speed range of 36 and 72 m/min, enabling adjustment to different materials. Blade guides with bearings and carbide inserts guarantee straight, accurate cuts and minimal wear on the blade. The coolant system delivers emulsion directly to the guides, improving cutting conditions and extending tool life.
