Roller conveyor 2m is a highly durable roller conveyor designed for industrial feeding and unloading of heavy workpieces such as shafts, steel profiles, pipes and other machined components. With a 2,000kg load capacity and a solid steel frame featuring seven wide rollers, it ensures reliable and smooth material handling even under the most demanding production conditions.
Roller conveyor 2m is a high-strength roller conveyor intended for industrial feeding and receiving of heavy workpieces such as shafts, steel profiles, pipes and other machined elements. With a 2,000kg load capacity and a robust steel structure fitted with seven wide rollers, it provides reliable and smooth material movement even in the toughest production environments.
The conveyor features 7 steel rollers with a diameter of 90mm, mounted on precision bearings. Every structural component – from the frame to the support legs – is made of reinforced steel, allowing safe operation under heavy loads and maintaining full stability. The height adjustment system uses locking screws and perforated guides for quick and rigid positioning.
The use of bearing-mounted rollers and a rigid welded structure ensures low rolling resistance, minimising the risk of jamming or irregular motion. With wide rollers and a high load capacity, this roller table is perfect for cutting, drilling and milling heavy components.
The 2m roller conveyor is used in metalworking plants, production lines, with band saws, portal milling machines and wherever stable workpiece support during machining is required.
