Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices that stand out with numerous advantages. Gantry made of aged aerospace aluminium
The gantry structure is made of aged aerospace aluminium formed under a 4,300-ton press, providing exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers numerous benefits — high stiffness (greater than cast iron), light weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.
- Long service life. The collimating and focusing lenses feature a water-cooling radiator, which lowers the temperature of the cutting head and extends its lifespan.
- Wider adjustment range. Adjustment range -10 mm ~ +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for various plate types 0 ~ 20 mm.
- Automatic focus adjustment (above 1500W) – Autofocus – The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The autofocus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
Design Screen
The screen features a vertical display with fast response time, high contrast, wide viewing angle, low power consumption, and high resolution. It also provides high brightness, low reflectivity, and increased durability.
Welded Bed Frame Made of Rectangular Profiles
The bed structure features an internal honeycomb-like design made of welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase strength, rigidity, and guide rail stability, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of use without distortion.
Exchange Work Table
The exchange work table consists of upper and lower platforms whose movement and exchange are controlled by the CNC system. The machine can perform the table exchange within 15 seconds.
