Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices that stand out with numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more cost-effective alternative to CO₂ technology but also offer many features that allow production growth of up to 70% and improve overall quality. FIBER technology enables cutting of sheets and other materials of different thicknesses — from very thin to very thick. The wavelength of the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These characteristics result in an intensity 100 times higher than that of CO₂ systems of comparable power.

Gantry made of aged aerospace aluminium

The gantry structure is made of aged aerospace aluminium formed under a 4,300-ton press, providing exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers numerous benefits — high stiffness (greater than cast iron), light weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.

• Long service life. The collimating and focusing lenses feature a water-cooling radiator, which lowers the temperature of the cutting head and extends its lifespan.
• Wider adjustment range. Adjustment range -10 mm ~ +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for various plate types 0 ~ 20 mm.

Design Screen

The screen features a vertical display with fast response time, high contrast, wide viewing angle, low power consumption, and high resolution. It also provides high brightness, low reflectivity, and increased durability.

Welded Bed Frame Made of Rectangular Profiles

The bed structure features an internal honeycomb-like design made of welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase strength, rigidity, and guide rail stability, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of use without distortion.

Exchange Work Table

The exchange work table consists of upper and lower platforms whose movement and exchange are controlled by the CNC system. The machine can perform the table exchange within 15 seconds.
