Electric Clamping Chuck
The chuck holds the profile in two directions and automatically aligns it. The diagonal adjustment range is 20–170 mm.
Welded Bed Made of Rectangular Profiles
The frame structure features an internal honeycomb design made of welded rectangular tubes. Internal stiffeners enhance the bed’s strength, rigidity, and stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High strength and stability ensure up to 20 years of use without distortion.
Automatic Tube Support
An intelligent support unit for tubes prevents deformation during the cutting process of long pipes.
Raytools Cutting Head
- Automatic Focus Adjustment – Autofocus – Software automatically adjusts the focusing lens during cutting of materials with varying thickness. The autofocus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Extended Manual Adjustment Range – Adjustment range: -10 mm to +10 mm, accuracy 0.01 mm, suitable for different material thicknesses (0–20 mm) – for powers below 1500W.
- Long Service Life – Collimating and focusing lenses feature water-cooled heat sinks, reducing the head temperature and extending its service life.
