FIBER laser with an open design and exchange table system. The platform exchange takes only 15 seconds, allowing work to resume almost immediately. The FIBER laser cutting machine can be equipped with a laser source from 1kW to 4kW. Fibre laser DESIGNED and ASSEMBLED in-house. We configure lasers according to individual customer requirements.
Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices that stand out with numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more cost-effective alternative to CO2 technology but also offer many features that allow production growth of up to 70% and improved quality. FIBER technology enables cutting of sheets and other materials of varying thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength of the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties result in an intensity 100 times higher than CO2 systems of comparable power.

The gantry structure is made of aged aerospace aluminium, formed with a pressure of 4,300 tons, ensuring exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers many benefits: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.


The screen has a vertical display with fast response time, higher contrast, a wide viewing angle, low energy consumption, and high resolution. It also provides high brightness, lower reflectivity, and excellent durability.

The bed structure features an internal honeycomb-like design made of welded rectangular tubes. Internal reinforcements enhance the bed’s strength, rigidity, and guide rail stability, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of use without distortion.

The exchange work table consists of upper and lower platforms whose movement and exchange are controlled by the CNC system. The machine can perform the platform exchange within 15 seconds.
