Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices distinguished by numerous advantages. Sliding gantry made of aged aerospace aluminium
The sliding gantry is made of aged aerospace aluminium formed under 4,300 tons of pressure, providing exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers numerous advantages: higher stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.
Exchangeable work table
The exchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms, whose movement and replacement are controlled by the system controller. The machine can perform a complete table exchange within just 15 seconds.
Welded bed made of rectangular profiles
The bed construction features an internal honeycomb structure made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase the strength and rigidity of the bed, as well as the stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure up to 20 years of deformation-free use.
Raytools cutting head
- Automatic focus adjustment – autofocus. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of varying thicknesses. The autofocus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Wider manual adjustment range – adjustment range −10mm to +10mm. The 0.01mm precision allows operation on materials of different thicknesses (0–20mm) below 1500W.
- Long service life. Collimator and focusing lenses are water-cooled, reducing the cutting head temperature and extending its operational life.
