Electric Clamping Chuck
The chuck holds the profile in two directions and automatically performs alignment. The diagonal adjustment range is 20–240 mm.
Welded Bed Made of Rectangular Profiles
The bed structure features an internal honeycomb pattern made of welded rectangular tubes. Stiffeners inside the tubes increase the bed’s strength and improve the rigidity and stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High tensile strength and stability ensure 20 years of use without distortion.
Automatic Tube Support
The intelligent tube support system prevents deformation during the cutting process of long pipes.
Raytools Cutting Head
- Automatic Focus Adjustment – Autofocus – The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens during cutting of materials of different thicknesses. The autofocus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Extended Manual Adjustment Range – Adjustment range: -10 mm to +10 mm, accuracy 0.01 mm, suitable for material thicknesses (0–20 mm) – for powers below 1500W.
- Long Service Life – Collimating and focusing lenses are water-cooled to reduce cutting head temperature and extend service life.
