Laser cutting machines are modern devices that stand out for their numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more cost-effective alternative to CO2 technology but also provide many benefits that can increase production by up to 70% and improve product quality. FIBRE technology allows cutting of sheets and other materials of varying thicknesses — from very thin to very thick. The wavelength of the FIBRE laser is 1.064 micrometres, resulting in an intensity 100 times higher than that of CO2 lasers of comparable power.

The LF3015EPR fibre laser cutting machine not only cuts sheet metal but also tubes and profiles. It offers a wide range of applications and saves over 50% of workspace, effectively increasing production efficiency.

The chuck grips the profile in two directions and automatically performs alignment. The diagonal adjustment range is 20–240 mm.

The bed structure features an internal honeycomb design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes enhance rigidity and stability, improving the precision of the guide rail and preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure up to 20 years of distortion-free operation.

The intelligent tube support system effectively prevents deformation during the cutting process of long pipes.
