Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more cost-effective alternative to CO2 technology but also have many strengths that allow production to increase (up to 70%) and improve its quality. FIBER technology enables cutting of sheets and other materials of various thicknesses — from very thin to very thick. The wavelength in a FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties result in an intensity 100 times higher than that of CO2 machines of comparable power.
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE LASER
- reliable optical fibre
- no consumable components
- fibre laser source occupies about 1/3 less space
- high energy efficiency – 100,000 h of operation
- universal application (special sheets, mild and stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminium, titanium)
Fibre Laser
- increases work efficiency by 80%
- reduces maintenance costs by 70%
- saves 80% of energy
- minimises gas consumption
- saves 30% of workshop space

Electric Clamping Chuck
The chuck grips the profile in two directions and automatically performs centring.

Easy to Use
Wireless controller for convenient operation.

Automatic Tube Support
An intelligent tube support system is used to eliminate deformation during the cutting of long tubes.

Fully Automatic Loading and Unloading System
The machine allows placement of entire bundles of tubes. During the cutting process, the system automatically positions a single tube in the working area. The finished product is automatically dropped into the storage container.

Dokladny opus i specyfikacja.
Co w koncu i jakie zrodlo o jakiek mocy jest w cenie? Brak szczegolowej specyfikacji wprowadza w blad i tak naprawde nie wiemy z czym mamy do czynienia.
