Design and technology

The panelsaw is built on a heavy-duty welded steel frame ensuring rigidity and vibration resistance. The cutting unit includes a main blade Ø350 mm and a scoring blade Ø125 mm. The pneumatic hold-down works in two independent zones with four actuators (two per side), securing the material firmly during cutting. This enables efficient and safe processing of different materials without displacement or surface damage.

Precision and efficiency

The machine reaches up to 4800 rpm on the main blade and 7500 rpm on the scoring blade, ensuring accurate and smooth cuts. With a maximum cutting height of 100 mm and cutting width of 1250 mm at the fence, it offers wide application possibilities.
