Construction and technology

The structure is based on a torsion-resistant cast iron body, stabilising the saw unit and minimising vibration. The aluminium carriage runs on hardened steel rods, ensuring long-term cutting precision. The outrigger table facilitates the handling of large workpieces without additional supports. The adjustment mechanisms with clear indicators (including an angle gauge on the handwheel) allow quick and accurate setup.

The MJ45-KB4 Sliding Panelsaw ensures clean edges thanks to the 125 × 20 mm scoring blade and stable geometry. The cutting height range of up to 90 mm at 90° and 65 mm at 45° allows for processing a wide variety of materials and thicknesses. The two main blade speeds allow optimal adjustment to the material type, maintaining dimensional repeatability and reducing the need for rework.
