Construction and technology

The CORMAK 660x2000 conventional lathe is designed for high rigidity and structural stability. Its 400mm-wide cast-iron bed effectively dampens vibration, ensuring precision even when machining hard materials. High-precision spindle bearings and ground gears in the headstock provide smooth and quiet operation.

The central feed transmission system integrated with both the feed shaft and leadscrew allows convenient threading in metric, inch, module and DP standards. The built-in cooling system and 24V halogen lighting improve operator safety and comfort.

This lathe delivers outstanding accuracy with excellent rigidity, crucial when operating at low speeds. The spindle speed range from 9 to 1600rpm (24 steps) allows full adaptation to various materials and machining requirements.
