The CORMAK ZS-40HS column drill is an advanced metal drilling machine designed for intensive industrial applications. With its hardened gear transmission, large drilling capacity and tapping function up to M32, this model offers a reliable solution for production, maintenance and metalworking workshops.

Construction and technology
The CORMAK ZS-40HS industrial drill is built on a robust cast-iron structure with a reinforced 115 mm column, ensuring high rigidity and vibration damping. The gear system, made of hardened and ground gears, provides durability and smooth operation. The 120 mm spindle travel and MK4 spindle taper allow for the use of a wide range of drilling and tapping tools.
Precision and performance
The CORMAK ZS-40HS column drill offers high repeatability and drilling accuracy, achieved through a mechanical gearbox and a precision handwheel with depth scale. Adjustable head and table height enable custom workstation setup for specific operations. The powerful motor (1.1 kW continuous duty S1, 1.6 kW intermittent duty S6) ensures efficient drilling even at maximum diameters.
